Ballard Spahr represented Cimarron Label and Western Printing in its recent acquisition by Inovar Packaging Group, LLC.

Inovar produces packaging products for many of the nation’s leading brands across multiple industries. Cimarron Label and Western Printing, which is now Inovar’s eighth platform company, has locations in Sioux Falls and Aberdeen, South Dakota. It works with clients in the agricultural chemical, animal health, consumer products, industrial chemical, lawn and garden, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

Sioux Falls Office Managing Partner Amy L. Arndt led the Ballard Spahr team that represented Cimarron in the transaction. It included Litigation Department Chair Jason A.
