- Kelly represented RESPEC, Inc. in its acquisition of PDC Engineers combining two entities to do business as a 100 percent employee-owned company with revenues of $80 million. The combined organization operates from 20 offices in 14 states and two Canadian provinces and employ more than 450 technical professionals.
- Kelly represented TSP, Inc. and its shareholders in the establishment of a new Employee Stock Ownership Plan and the financing and sale of a majority of the outstanding shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
