Ballard Spahr represented Logisolve in its recent sale to V-Soft Consulting Group.

Oakdale, Minn.-based Logisolve is a management and technology consultancy that provides consulting services across strategy, project execution, and strategic staffing with core capabilities in business transformation, smart data and data transformation, digital solutions, and health care technology. Louisville, Ky.-based V-Soft Consulting Group is a technology consulting firm providing digital transformation, platform engineering, infrastructure services, and specialized talent solutions to enterprise organizations. The acquisition expands V-Soft Consulting Group’s data and artificial intelligence capabilities while strengthening its advisory capabilities in highly regulated and data-intensive industries.

Ballard Spahr Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Michael R. Kuhn led the team that represented Logisolve.
