Joel Lindsey is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department who focuses his practice on corporate matters. Joel developed a strong foundation in transactional law and corporate law as a summer associate at Ballard Spahr, where he was exposed to various aspects of deal work and regulatory compliance.
While attending law school, Joel worked as a certified student attorney at the University of Minnesota’s Business Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic. In this role, he drafted operating and confidentiality agreements, as well as other materials, and advised on stock purchasing and redemption plans.
