Please join Ballard Antitrust and Competition lawyers to discuss proposed legislation that could accomplish the most significant overall revision of the antitrust laws in recent history. The goals of current bills—which include provisions reducing the government’s evidentiary burden to facilitate more enforcement—signal that we may be entering a new era. This program will discuss the proposed legislation and its possible significance for the role of antitrust law and its enforcement in shaping our economy, potential bipartisan interest in addressing competition issues related to high tech and other industries, and what else companies can expect from the new administration.
