This event will bring together thought leaders and decision makers in privacy and cybersecurity to discuss key issues. Highlights include a fireside chat with Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser on recent federal challenges to states’ authority over AI regulation, the growing use of personal data, and significant changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, and enforcement over the past year.

This free event will be hosted in-person at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. A reception with light refreshments will be held immediately following the program. We hope you will be able to join us.

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser will sit down with Ballard Spahr Partner Greg Szewczyk to discuss recent federal challenges to states’ authority of AI regulation, multi-state enforcement efforts, and other privacy and cybersecurity issues from over the past year.
