Nalee Xiong is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, having represented clients in pre-suit investigations, through complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court. Nalee also has experience with mediation and successfully settled pre-litigation and managed settlement agreements.

Her practice includes defending matters involving wrongful termination and retaliatory discharge, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and defense of alleged violations under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Disabled Persons Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination Act, Family Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act. She also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the California Employment Development Department.
