Ethan Picone’s practice focuses on traditional labor law. He advises employers in a wide range of industries regarding both collective bargaining and settling disputes prior to grievance or arbitration litigation.
Ethan has extensive experience handling union organizing and NLRB representation elections, counseling employers on preventive labor law training, handbook and policy review, as well as overall strategy and compliance.
