
Angela Davis Pallozzi is a commercial litigator, legal adviser, and business counselor with years of experience in-house at a publicly traded media company and as outside counsel to a range of corporate clients. She provides legal advice and advocacy across areas, including risk management, class action litigation, labor and employment matters, and insurance coverage.
Angela’s business litigation experience encompasses contract disputes, as well as negligence, fraud, and tort matters. She has served as first- and second-chair trial counsel in complex commercial, class action, and multidistrict litigation matters. She has litigated cases involving workers' compensation, unemployment, insurance defense, and collections. Angela serves as a trusted counselor and has successfully advised and negotiated on behalf of businesses regarding mergers and acquisitions due diligence, contract management, and the full range of day-to-day business challenges.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Angela served as director, senior legal counsel at Sinclair Broadcast Group, LLC, a diversified, publicly traded media company. There, she advised decision-makers on managing risk to achieve business goals, assisting the company through general corporate matters, business transactions, litigation, and daily business issues. Angela’s role included managing outside counsel, case and matter budgets, and strategy to align with corporate goals, as well as managing eDiscovery and establishing a litigation hold procedure.
