Erika O'Sullivan is a commercial litigator who counsels individuals and businesses in complex matters. Erika serves as a strategic partner and advocates to help clients achieve their goals through practical legal solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Erika worked as a Fulbright Scholar who taught English in Germany. After completing her Fulbright, she returned to Alaska and worked in state and local politics. She then worked as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and for the Central District of California, where she focused on a variety of topics including civil and criminal issues, civil rights litigation, and civil discovery matters.
