Beth Ann Lennon is an experienced labor and employment attorney. She focuses her practice on advising both employers and executives on regulatory matters and all aspects of employment law to limit risks in their business practices. Beth Ann frequently represents employers in litigation, including at mediation, arbitration, and trial.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Beth worked at an Am Law 100 firm, where she served as a lead adviser to both national and international employers, drafting policies and contracts, counseling clients through agency actions and legal questions, and representing her clients in all forms of employment-related litigation and dispute resolution.
Beth regularly gives workforce legal compliance training on a wide range of topics, such as inclusion initiatives, employee health concerns, anti-harassment obligations, workplace investigations, and employer requirements when working with unions. She also conducts and oversees workplace investigations.

- Regularly represents employers in their efforts to protect their rights, through litigation and otherwise, when facing employee misconduct, such as breach of fiduciary duties, violation of restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of company property
- Served as defense counsel in federal court litigation involving state anti-SLAPP statutes, employee misappropriation of privileged materials, and strategic publicity efforts by a former employee to extort her client
- Provides comprehensive employment law advice and representation to several employers within the Olympic movement working to support the success of Team USA athletes, both on and off the field
