Prior to entering private practice, Dailey was a law clerk for the Honorable Benjamin H. Settle of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Dailey’s time as a law clerk gave her wide-ranging legal experience in a variety of subjects and significant exposure to both jury and bench trials.
