Mia Kim is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.
Mia regularly advises clients on traditional labor matters, including union campaigns, contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges.
She represents employers in local, state, and federal agency proceedings through litigation in state and federal court in actions involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, restrictive covenant, and wage and hour claims. She also helps employers develop workplace policies and employee handbooks.
