Ballard Spahr Represents Anderson-Crane in Acquisition of Conveyance Solutions by Continental

Ballard Spahr represented Anderson-Crane Company in its recent acquisition of Conveyance Solutions by Continental.

Litchfield, Minn.-based Anderson-Crane Company is a family-owned conveyor system manufacturer. Its acquisition of St. Joseph, Mo.-based Conveyance Solutions by Continental brings to the fold more than 70,000 square feet of production space, allowing Anderson-Crane to expand its product line and service capacity while bolstering its workforce. The companies will operate as Anderson-Crane and will continue engineering and manufacturing conveyance systems such as belt conveyors, drag conveyors, bucket elevators, screw feeders, and screw conveyors for transporting loose materials such as grain, coal, and pellets.
