- Counseled a Twin Cities pharmaceutical company in the sale of a late-stage anti-epilepsy drug development program to a global biopharmaceutical company for a cash payment of $150 million and contingent payments of up to $220 million, based on certain regulatory approval and sales-based milestones
- Advised Upsher-Smith Laboratories in the sale of its generic pharmaceuticals business to Sawai America, Inc. for $1.1 billion
- Advises international commercial real estate services company in acquisitions and divestitures across the United States
