Ballard Spahr represented Everest Infrastructure Partners in raising $500 million in new equity capital commitments by private equity funds managed by TPG Peppertree.
Pittsburgh-based Everest Infrastructure Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing wireless tower companies in the world. Everest owns and markets thousands of wireless infrastructure locations. It will use the investment to support future growth in its U.S.-based wireless infrastructure platform.
Chagrin Falls, Ohio-based TPG Peppertree is a leading specialized digital infrastructure investment firm. It focuses on making investments in growing communication infrastructure assets, primarily wireless communications towers. TPG Peppertree has $7.9 billion in assets under management and has made more than 175 investments through 10 flagship funds.
