
Arbenita Misini is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses their practice on tax matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Arbenita was a senior associate at an accounting firm, where they prepared and reviewed international tax provisions and income tax filings for large, multinational corporations. In this position, Arbenita supported clients through analyzing the tax implications of international corporate transactions such as liquidations, mergers, and acquisitions.
While attending law school, Arbenita gained additional experience as a legal intern for a Philadelphia law firm, and as a research assistant for Professor Laura E. Little at Temple University. Prior to attending law school, Arbenita worked as a senior legal contract drafting specialist at an IT recruitment company. Arbenita also worked as a database manager and research analyst for a global leader in analytical software and time-series data before beginning their legal career.
