Mia Kim

Mia Kim is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.

During law school, Mia worked at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate and gained experience writing memos, summarizing depositions, and conducting research on employment law developments. Mia was also a student attorney with the Duke Children’s Law Clinic, through which she represented children with disabilities seeking special education services from their school districts.

Prior to law school, Mia worked in the business development department of an AmLaw 100 law firm.
