Ballard Spahr Represents BridgeInvest in Financing for South Jersey Commercial Parcel
Ballard Spahr represented BridgeInvest in the provision of a $16.1 million loan in connection with a purchaser’s acquisition of 45 acres in southern New Jersey.
BridgeInvest’s funding covered the acquisition and predevelopment costs for D2 Organization to acquire three vacant parcels and an office building on Collins Drive in Carneys Point, New Jersey. The land, part of Salem Commerce Park, is the planned site of three new warehouse buildings that will total 586,000 square feet.
