Elizabeth Wingfield is an associate in the Litigation Department. While attending Temple University's Beasley School of Law, Elizabeth served as a staff editor on the Law Review. Elizabeth also served as Co-Chair on the National Lawyers Guild Expungement Committee, organizing clinics where low-income Philadelphians could seek assistance in expunging their arrest records. Before attending law school, Elizabeth was a paralegal in Philadelphia Legal Assistance's Family Law Unit, where she assisted in custody, child support, and protection from abuse matters.

After law school, Elizabeth was awarded a Stoneleigh Foundation Emerging Leader fellowship at the Education Law Center, where she spearheaded a project aimed at reducing barriers to education faced by LGBTQ youth in Philadelphia-area schools. The fellowship involved participating in appellate-level litigation, representing students in harassment and disciplinary matters, and reforming state and local-level policies.
