Brandon M. Vick

Brandon Vick is an associate in the Litigation Department who focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at a boutique civil law firm based in Seattle, where he defended employers against discrimination claims under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD) and Title VII. In this role, he argued dispositive, discovery, and procedural motions before Washington trial courts and arbitrators, briefed and argued before the Washington Court of Appeals, and managed an independent civil litigation docket from pleadings through settlement.

Brandon gained additional experience as a law clerk to the Hon. Bill Bowman of the Washington Court of Appeals and the Hon. Jennifer Langbehn of Snohomish County Superior Court.
