Sireen I. Tucker

Sireen Tucker is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing her practice on affordable housing and community development matters. Sireen represents private developers, nonprofit entities, joint-ventures, and housing authorities in structuring and closing complex mixed-finance and mixed-use development projects that are subject to HUD, Freddie Mac, and LIHTC requirements. She advises clients on affordable housing issues including, but not limited to, HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and Section 8 program, 501(c)(3) requirements, and zoning and land use matters.

Sireen has extensive experience drafting transaction documents including mortgages; leases; letters of intent; sales and acquisition documents; partnership agreements; development and property management agreements; and other real estate documents. While in law school, Sireen served as a legal intern at the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority and at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
