Members of Ballard Spahr's Affordable Housing and Community Development Group will speak at the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law 2026 Annual Meeting.

On the first day of the conference, May 20, Mary Grace Folwell will moderate the conversation "Public Housing Redevelopment and Repositioning – Working With HUD." Courtney Hunter will speak, joined by fellow panelists Nicholas Birck, Jan Goslee, and Sarah Molseed.

On Thursday, May 21, Christopher Jones will be a panelist for "Workshop 2B – Ownership by Design: Tax Liability and Transactional Planning" with fellow speakers Althea Broughton and Benjamin Meyer and moderator Joseph Shumow.

On the last day of the conference, May 22, Sireen Tucker will moderate "Workshop 3A – Next Generation Preservation and Development Strategies in RAD for Public Housing. The panelists for this presentation will be Tom Davis, Megan Glasheen, and Carly Hoffman.
