Tesia Stanley handles complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on public finance, securities, and construction litigation. Tesia has litigated document-intensive cases in state and federal courts across the country. She is a former staff member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and regularly advises clients on federal securities law materiality standards, regulatory compliance, and enforcement actions.
Tesia is a former staff member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Before that, she was a research specialist for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
