Aaron Schaer is an experienced litigator who represents businesses in complex commercial litigation, especially matters involving products liability, aviation law, health care litigation, and class actions. Aaron’s practice centers on federal court, though he counsels clients at all stages of a dispute and in a variety of forums at the local, national, and international levels.
Aaron is dedicated and diligent and brings a solutions-oriented approach to each case, which has earned him the trust of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike. This allows Aaron to often secure positive results early in a dispute, helping clients avoid the costs and uncertainty of trial. When a pre-trial resolution is not possible, Aaron is comfortable in a courtroom, where he has a successful trial record in a wide range of high-stakes cases.
