Katie Rodriguez focuses her practice on traditional labor and employment litigation, with particular experience representing public and private higher education institutions. She regularly advises colleges and universities on collective bargaining negotiations, union campaigns, and labor arbitrations, and provides tailored training on navigating unionized work environments.

Katie also counsels a broad range of employers on complex labor and employment matters and conducts internal investigations. She handles state and federal employment complaints involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and violations of restrictive covenants, and provides advice and training related to employment policies, workplace discrimination, and harassment prevention. Katie represents employers at all stages of litigation, from local, state, and federal agency proceedings through litigation in state and federal court.
