Jessica M. Rizzo is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters. She has defended clients in antitrust class actions involving allegations of monopolization, algorithmic and traditional price fixing, and unlawful bundling. She has also defended antitrust claims arising out of enforcement of noncompete agreements and enforcement of ethics and professionalism standards. Jessica has experience representing clients in responding to DOJ subpoenas in antitrust matters. She also counsels publicly traded companies on antitrust issues.
Whether representing a company accused of monopolization, an individual CEO confronting fraud charges, or an ordinary teenage girl facing trouble at school, Jessica is a tenacious advocate and empathetic counselor.

Pro Bono Experience
Jessica recognizes the importance of access to justice and has represented clients in disputes involving child custody, domestic violence, divorce, quiet title, and landlord-tenant issues. She has advised nonprofit arts organizations on labor issues. She also successfully argued a case before the Commonwealth Court on behalf of the Youth Sentencing and Reentry Project, obtaining a reversal of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections' denial of her client's Right-to-Know Law request.
