Jessica M. Rizzo authored several subchapters of Digital Access to the Performing Arts: A Comparative Study of Legal and Structural Challenges, recently published by Bristol University Press. The book is a collaboration between experts in law and the arts at metaLAB at Harvard University. It examines the ways in which the COVID-19 pandemic exposed the shortcomings of digital programming for disabled and marginalized theater audiences and advocates for a new global framework that balances copyright protection with the human right to culture.
