Ryan B. Ricketts is a Baltimore-based litigation associate who focuses on labor and employment. While attending law school, Ryan interned at Ballard Spahr as a summer associate, where he conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on a range of matters, including website accessibility, defamation claims, and misconduct laws.
Ryan gained additional legal experience as a legislative intern for Constellation Energy, where he drafted summaries on a range of bills, and as a legal intern for McCormick Global Headquarters, where he researched and analyzed issues ranging from small claims court proceedings, the Copyright Case Act, and food mislabeling class action lawsuits.
