Ryan B. Ricketts is a Baltimore-based litigation associate whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. He represents employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, protected leave, and disability accommodation issues.

Ryan also conducts legal research and drafts memoranda on complex and emerging labor and employment issues, helping clients assess risk, navigate compliance obligations, and develop practical strategies for addressing workplace challenges. He counsels clients on employee handbooks and policies, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, employee relations, and other day-to-day employment matters. Ryan also has experience in traditional labor law. He regularly advises public and private colleges and universities on collective bargaining negotiations, union organizing campaigns, and labor arbitrations.
