Bryn Pallesen is an experienced litigator who routinely handles all aspects of civil and class action litigation before both federal and state courts. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Antitrust and Competition Groups.
As an antitrust litigator, Bryn has successfully defended clients in monopolization and restraint of trade cases; guided clients through government investigations, including a Department of Justice (DOJ) leniency proceeding; and helped clients negotiate and respond to third-party subpoenas. In addition to her antitrust work, Bryn maintains a robust complex litigation practice and regularly serves as local counsel in federal and state cases.
Bryn began her legal career as a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm, and most recently worked in the Seattle office of another Chambers-ranked law firm. She also served as a law clerk to two federal district court judges.
