Shanae T. Jones is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Shanae has experience with state and federal claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and unfair labor practice. She also assists employers with drafting workplace policies and employee handbooks.
While earning her J.D. at University of Baltimore School of Law, Shanae worked as a child welfare social worker for the Maryland Department of Human Services and a legal intern at Ballard Spahr.

Pro Bono Experience
Shanae maintains a pro bono practice helping clients who were sentenced to life in prison as juveniles obtain reduced sentences or release under Maryland's Juvenile Restoration Act.
