Charles Frohman is a labor and employment advisor and litigator who advises employers on a wide range of employment matters, including HR policies, confidentiality and noncompete agreements, independent contractor issues, wage and hour questions, disciplinary and termination matters, as well as employment discrimination charges. Charles has extensive individual, class, and collective action experience and represents employers and management in employment litigation of all types, including commercial, wage-and-hour, whistleblower, discrimination, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration.
Charles also represents companies in transactional matters, with a focus on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions. Charles is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Group, and has helped large, national employers assess and implement their DEI policies and practices.

- Court dismissal of Title VII and state law discrimination claims arising from employer COVID-19 vaccination policy

- Dismissal of physician whistleblower and retaliation claims on behalf of hospital, contempt and sanctions order issued to prevent disclosure of PHI in violation of protective order
- Multiple summary judgment orders dismissing discrimination and retaliation claims
- Arbitration and settlement of purchaser indemnification and fraud claims arising from business acquisition
- Voluntary dismissal of shareholder breach of fiduciary duty and corporate opportunity derivative claims after referral to special litigation committee
