Tyler M. Cobb represents cities, counties, and towns; universities, charter schools and school districts; health care districts; special taxing districts; land developers and 501(c)(3) organizations in all areas of public finance.

He acts as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel, issuer’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in transactions totaling over $10,000,000,000 nationwide.

Tyler regularly serves as outside general counsel for start-ups and early stage and emerging growth companies in the technology, social media, blockchain and cryptocurrency industries, as well as counseling clients on the recovery of stolen digital assets.

He also is a former Ballard Spahr summer associate.
