Tyler M. Cobb represents cities, counties, and towns; universities, charter schools and school districts; health care districts; special taxing districts; land developers and 501(c)(3) organizations in all areas of public finance.

He acts as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel, issuer’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in transactions totaling over $10,000,000,000 nationwide.

Tyler represents underwriters, developers, owners, managers and operators in connection with all aspects of multi-purpose sports facilities complex, stadium and arena financing transactions.

He regularly serves as outside general counsel for start-ups and early stage and emerging growth companies in the technology, social media, blockchain and cryptocurrency industries, as well as counseling clients on the recovery of stolen digital assets.

Tyler also is a former Ballard Spahr summer associate.
