Khatija has represented private equity firms and privately held companies in the manufacturing, technology, education, environmental, and automation industries in buy and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions ranging from $13M to $175M.
She has extensive experience explaining complex legal issues to clients and acting as point person for all transaction parties. Khatija drafts, negotiates, and reviews transactional documents, including promissory notes, board consents, executive employment agreements, foreign transfer agreements, letters of intent, and disclosure schedules.
