Pittsburgh Judge Again Rejects DOJ Access to Transgender Youth Medical Records at UPMC

Pittsburgh’s NPR affiliate, WESA, covered a favorable ruling for our clients in a case where Michael. P. Robotti, J. Chesley Burruss, Elizabeth Lilly, and Kevin Hayne worked with the Public Interest Law Center. Together, they attained a court order reaffirming an earlier decision quashing a Department of Justice subpoena for medical records of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
