Maria Groznik Accepted Into Utah State Bar Leadership Academy

Maria Groznik, a member of Ballard Spahr’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, has been accepted into the Utah State Bar Leadership Academy Class for 2026. Twelve attorneys, all members in good standing of the Utah State Bar, are selected for this leadership development program every year.

The Utah State Bar Leadership Academy trains future leaders of the Utah Bar and the community with integrity and vision. Participants will attend an initial training retreat, after which they will regularly meet with local and national leadership to learn from their experience and grow their own skills. The Academy selects applicants who have shown a strong commitment to service and development of the Utah legal community. 

Maria assists clients in complex litigation matters, commercial disputes, motion practice, discovery disputes, and other pretrial civil litigation. She has extensive legal research, analysis, and writing experience in both state and federal courts and across a wide range of practice areas.
