Ballard Spahr Advises Design & Production, Inc. in Sale to Chargeurs

A team of Ballard Spahr lawyers advised Design & Production, Inc. (D&P) on its sale to a subsidiary of Chargeurs Group, a public company traded on the Paris Stock Exchange.

D&P provides museum-quality exhibit services—including project management, production, and technology systems installation—for clients throughout the United States and around the world. The company works with museums, educational organizations, and science and nature centers and is known for its high-profile work on the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the National September 11 Memorial Museum, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. The company also handled the design and production of presidential libraries for Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan, George W. Bush, and Jimmy Carter.

The deal team was led by Partner Gregory L. Seltzer, and included Partners Shannon D. Farmer, Jonathan R. Flora, and Harry Weiss, as well as Associates Jessica DuBois, Jody L. Ferris, Paige A. Haughton, and Jane Rose Siegfried.
