The NRF Retail Law Summit—a free, three-day virtual event hosted annually by the National Retail Federation—will include a compelling session featuring Stephanie A. Sheridan and Meegan Brooks. Based in our recently added San Francisco office, Stephanie and Meegan are seasoned litigators in the firm's Retail & E-Commerce Industry Team, which Stephanie serves as team leader.

Their session, “Existential threats facing the retail industry,” will present a view-from-the-trenches discussion covering today's scariest litigation trends—several of which, if successful, threaten the future of e-commerce as we know it. Topics include well-known threats like subject lines and pricing, as well as lesser-known issues currently unfolding on appeal. Stephanie and Meegan will be joined by Courtney Sauer Collins, Senior Counsel for Catalyst Brands LLC, a major U.S. retail holding company. The discussion starts at 2:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 3.

The Summit runs from March 3 to 5. Designed specifically to tackle the unique legal challenges faced by retail organizations, this annual virtual event is a must-attend for in-house attorneys, risk and compliance officers, HR professionals and legal counsels. The event is free and offers CLE and SHRM credits for those eligible.
