Alexander Park is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Alex reviews and analyzes various agreements, including operating agreements and corporate resolutions. He has a background in the areas of technology and intellectual property transactions, trademarks, patent prosecution, data privacy, and copyrights.
Alex is experienced in trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. This includes managing clients’ trademarks portfolios; filing applications and renewals; identifying protectable matter; executing comprehensive trademark search, review, and analysis; reviewing and analyzing potentially similar marks; and preparing demand letters and notices of opposition.

- Represented the Minnesota Timberwolves in sale of ownership interests owned by Taylor Corporation. The transaction closed with an enterprise valuation of $1.5 billion.
- Represented leading wireless products supplier TESSCO Technologies Inc. in its merger with two entities affiliated with Lee Equity Partners and Twin Point Capital—wireless industry equipment distributor Alliance Corporation and Internet of Things (IoT) cellular solutions distributor GetWireless, LLC—in a transaction valued $161.4 million.
