Alex reviews and analyzes various agreements, including operating agreements and corporate resolutions. He has a background in the areas of technology and intellectual property transactions, trademarks, patent prosecution, data privacy, and copyrights.
Alex is experienced in trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. This includes managing clients’ trademarks portfolios; filing applications and renewals; identifying protectable matter; executing comprehensive trademark search, review, and analysis; reviewing and analyzing potentially similar marks; and preparing demand letters and notices of opposition.
