Aron Mozes is an associate in the Business and Transactions Department, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other commercial transactions. Aron also advises public companies on securities law compliance, including the preparation, review, and filing of proxy statements and registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
