Karen C. McConnell is Practice Co-Leader of Ballard Spahr's Private Equity Group and a member of both the firm's Elected Board and Expanded Board. Karen is known for her work in the areas of corporate law and securities law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment transactions. She has closed over 400 transactions for buyers and sellers in her career.
