Karli Lubin

Karli Lubin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on employment and antitrust matters. Karli represents both public and private employers in employment litigation involving claims under federal and state law. Her litigation experience includes cases brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also counsels employers on a wide range of matters, including workplace investigations and the development of workplace policies, agreements, restrictive covenants, and handbooks.

Karli is also a member of the Firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group and has experience representing companies in antitrust litigation and advising them on compliance with antitrust law.
