Karli Lubin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on antitrust and employment matters. She has experience representing companies in antitrust litigation and counseling clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
Karli also represents both public and private employers in employment litigation involving claims under federal and state law. Her employment litigation experience includes cases brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also counsels employers on a wide range of matters, including workplace investigations and the development of workplace policies, agreements, restrictive covenants, and handbooks.
