Karli Lubin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Karli represents both public and private employers in employment litigation involving claims under federal and state law. Her litigation experience includes cases brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also counsels clients on a wide range of matters, including workplace investigations and the development of workplace policies agreements, and handbooks.
Karli also represents universities and affiliated health care institutions in unfair labor practice proceedings and grievance arbitrations regarding employee discipline and contract interpretation.
