
Devon has a broad real estate practice ranging from zoning and land use matters to transactional real estate work. Over the course of her practice, Devon has worked with various city agencies, architects, and developers on projects across Philadelphia. She has also aided clients through the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment and Historical Commission review processes. With respect to transactional matters, Devon has assisted with property acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and the development of condominium properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Devon worked for City Year, an educational non-profit, as a Diplomas Now AmeriCorps member in North Philadelphia.

Representative Matters
- Representing development partner in the redevelopment of 1,300 acres of industrial land to be transformed into a major logistics hub for up to 15 million square feet.
- Representing developer in connection with the acquisition and construction of a multi-phase, transit oriented, mixed-use development that aims to repurpose and revitalize the underutilized North Philadelphia SEPTA and Amtrak stations.
- Represented developer in pursuit of demolition of a severely deteriorated historic building for the future re-development of the 8,000 square foot building. Represented developer in all aspects of review before Philadelphia’s Historical Commission.

Pro Bono Experience
Devon maintains an active pro bono practice. She volunteers with Philadelphia VIP and has handled deed correction and deed transfer matters. She has also assisted with child custody matters.
While in law school, Devon spent two years interning with the Education Rights Unit of the Metro Nashville Public Defender’s Office, where she represented students with disabilities in various education matters, including discipline appeals and the development of individualized education programs.
