Joseph J. Bailey practices complex commercial litigation, with experience in cases involving breach of contract, trade secrets, employment law, and insurance law. He is a former Ballard Spahr summer associate—during that time, he drafted memoranda in relation to complex commercial litigation matters and a pro bono immigration proceeding.
Prior to attending law school, Joe worked in advanced analytics and business intelligence for a large insurance company.
