Please join us for a half-day program designed for early stage life sciences companies in the Twin Cities area. This program will include three panel discussions on the different life cycle phases of a life sciences company, from innovation to exit. Topics will include:

2. Hot Button IP Issues - Common challenges in identifying, protecting, and leveraging innovation in the life sciences arenas, with a view to driving value in an exit.
3. Mergers and Acquisitions - The M&A process from soup to nuts, a deep dive on customary terms, and how to survive the M&A gauntlet.

The panel discussions will be followed by a lunch and fireside chat featuring Kenny Beckman and Daryl Gohl, two of the co-founders of CoreBiome, who will share their real-life experience navigating a successful M&A exit.
