Please join us for a recap of the most significant labor, employment, employee benefits and compensation developments in 2018 and a discussion of actions employers will want to consider in 2019 and beyond. This includes the effect of the Supreme Court’s Janus decision, the impact of #MeToo on state and local law, wage & hour and misclassification issues, paid leave developments, changes to employee business expenses, and the rise in employee class action suits related to retirement benefits and 401(k) plans.
