As we enter the fourth month of the COVID-19 pandemic, legislators and regulators are continuing to adapt by enacting rules for the “new normal.” Jurisdictions in the Washington, D.C., region are in various stages of reopening, but the situation remains fluid.
We have summarized the available information for the DC Metro area, including Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland, Fairfax and Arlington Counties in Virginia, and the District itself.
