Patrick Zancolli focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. He represents clients in complex disputes in federal and state courts and assists with all phases of litigation, including case strategy and management, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, managing document review and production, and taking and defending depositions.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Patrick worked at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where he assisted in the representation of clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. In that role, he supported litigation teams in matters involving complex contractual and business disputes and gained extensive experience drafting briefs and motions, analyzing legal issues, and managing discovery.

Patrick maintains an active pro bono practice focused on education, child advocacy, and civil rights matters. He has worked with organizations including the Education Law Center, Support Center for Child Advocates, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law on matters involving direct representation and advocacy initiatives.
