  • $100 million mezzanine financing for an office tower at 277 Park Avenue, New York
  • $25 million conduit (CMBS) loan secured by an office building in downtown Philadelphia; representation included resolving significant borrower structure issues, ensuring compliance with current rating agency requirements, and negotiating the complicated lockbox account agreement provisions
