
Emily Williams is a Litigation associate who focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she served as a law clerk for Judge John H. Chun of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and for Judge Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Before clerking, Emily was an associate at a national law firm in Seattle, where she worked on federal and state environmental regulatory compliance and federal environmental litigation.
